This policy describes how Orange Juice Applications (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use orangejuiceapplications.com and related marketing pages. It does not replace the FaceMatch Privacy Policy, which applies to the FaceMatch app.
Who we are
Orange Juice Applications builds software including You Can Dance Academy’s member experience and FaceMatch. For website privacy questions: privacy@orangejuiceapplications.com.
What we collect
Information you send us
When you use Start a project, Contact, or Feedback forms, we receive the fields you submit (name, email, project details, etc.). Submissions may be processed by our form provider (Formspree) and delivered to our email inbox.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics on this website. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data for advertising. Aggregated page views help us understand which content is useful. See Plausible’s documentation for their data practices.
Server logs
Our hosting provider may log IP addresses, user agents, and request paths for security and reliability. We do not use these logs for marketing profiling.
Legal bases (UK / EEA visitors)
We process inquiry data under legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries) and, where applicable, contract preparation. You may object to processing or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@orangejuiceapplications.com.
How long we keep data
Project inquiries and support emails are kept as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records (typically up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law). Analytics aggregates are retained per our analytics provider’s settings.

Children

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change. Material changes may be noted on the Legal hub.
