These terms apply when you submit a Start a project inquiry or otherwise contact us about custom software work. They are not the FaceMatch App Store license — see FaceMatch Terms of Use for the app.

No obligation

Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract, partnership, or obligation for either party. We may decline projects that are outside our capacity or fit.

Confidentiality (reasonable care)

We treat non-public information in your inquiry as confidential and use it only to evaluate and respond. We do not sell inquiry data. See our Website Privacy Policy for how form data is handled.

Estimates and timelines

Any budget bands, timelines, or technical comments we provide are indicative until a written statement of work or contract is signed.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your existing materials (repos, designs, trademarks). Any IP in deliverables will be defined in a separate agreement before paid work begins.
