Manage connections per contact

Save GitHub, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other handles on individual contacts so FaceMatch can reuse them on the next sync without rediscovering from scratch.

Open Manage Connections

1. Open the Contacts tab.

2. Tap a contact.

3. Tap Manage Connections (or the connections / links section on the contact detail screen).

Add a platform handle

1. Choose a platform (e.g. GitHub, LinkedIn, Telegram).

2. Enter the username, vanity name, or profile URL.

3. Save.

Examples:

LinkedIn: jane-doe or https://linkedin.com/in/jane-doe
GitHub: janedoe
Instagram: @janedoe

Why save connections?

Faster matching on the next Sync Social Photos run
Clearer match reasons in Review (“LinkedIn URL on contact card”)
Separate handles per platform (GitHub vs LinkedIn vs Instagram)

Edit or remove

Update a saved handle by editing the field and saving again.
Swipe or tap delete to remove a platform link for that contact only.

Removing a connection does not delete the contact or their photo from Apple Contacts.

Without sign-in

Saved URLs and usernames still help for public lookups (GitHub, Gravatar, Instagram handles, etc.).
