Refunds & billing
FaceMatch is sold as a one-time paid download on the Apple App Store. There is no monthly subscription for core app features.
Who handles payments and refunds?
Apple processes your purchase and any refund requests. Orange Juice Applications does not receive your payment card details and cannot issue refunds directly.
All billing is tied to your Apple ID through the App Store.
How to request a refund
1. Go to Apple’s Report a Problem page and sign in with the Apple ID used to buy the app.
2. Find FaceMatch in your purchase history.
3. Select Report a Problem and follow Apple’s steps to request a refund.
Alternatively, contact Apple Support or use Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases on your iPhone or iPad.
Apple decides refund eligibility under App Store policy. Outcomes vary by region, purchase date, and reason.
Restore your purchase
If you bought FaceMatch on one device and it does not appear on another:
1. Open FaceMatch → Settings → App Purchase (or Purchase & Refunds).
2. Tap Restore Purchase while signed into the same Apple ID that bought the app.
You can also reinstall FaceMatch from the App Store using the same Apple ID — paid apps re-download at no extra charge.
Family Sharing
If Family Sharing is enabled for FaceMatch in your region, sharing rules are set by Apple, not Orange Juice Applications. Check Settings → Family on your device or Apple’s Family Sharing documentation.
What we cannot help with directly

Email us at support@orangejuiceapplications.com if the app has a technical problem — include your device model and iOS version. We cannot override Apple’s refund decisions.
