Photo Sources
Turn platforms on or off for discovery — Gravatar, GitHub, LinkedIn, Google, etc.
Disabled sources are skipped during Find Photo and Sync Social Photos.
Sync & Automation
- Auto-apply thresholds — control when high-confidence matches skip manual review
- Background sync — optional scheduled refresh (subject to iOS background limits)
- Duplicate merging — optionally combine duplicate contact cards with the same name, phone, or email
Contacts tab filters
Before syncing, filter the list:
- Favorites — starred contacts only
- Missing photos — contacts without a profile image
- Pending review — contacts with open suggestions
Use sort options to prioritize who gets matched first.
Favorites & shortcuts
- Star contacts in the list to mark favorites.
- Use the Sync Favorites Siri shortcut or home-screen widget to refresh favorite contacts quickly.
Privacy controls
Under Settings → Privacy & Security:
- Privacy Dashboard — export data, disconnect providers, wipe app data
- Security Settings — biometric lock, URL policy
- Photo Audit Log — local history of applied photos
- Photo Discovery Diagnostics — test matching pipelines
